Coffee tasting? Yes, please!

This week we were testing out coffee roasters! We went to Madison for a tasting at JBC Coffee Rosters. Women owned, super cool people. We had a great time. My mind is blown by all the different flavors and the science that goes into selecting and roasting coffee. There are some more candidates in our region that we are going to test out. . . if you have any suggestions or favorites let us know!
